Privacy Policy

Rug.Tools is a public tool for analyzing Solana, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Base, Monad and Robinhood Chain tokens. You do not need an account, wallet connection, or email to use it. This page explains what limited data we handle and why.

• Search inputs: the mint address or token URL you paste. We use it only to run the analysis and cache the resulting report.
• Cached reports: public on-chain analysis results (holder counts, liquidity, risk score) stored so repeat lookups are faster and cheaper.
• Standard server logs: IP address, user-agent, request path, and timestamps kept for a short period for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.

• No accounts, names, emails, or passwords.
• No wallet connections and no private keys — ever.
• No selling or renting of personal data to third parties.

To build reports we query public APIs including Helius, Alchemy, DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, GoPlus, CoinMarketCap, Solscan, Etherscan, BscScan, BaseScan, MonadScan and Blockscout, along with public RPC nodes for each supported chain. These providers may log requests they receive from our servers under their own policies, and we do not control their availability, accuracy or retention practices. Outbound share links (e.g. X/Twitter, Telegram) are subject to those platforms' own privacy terms.

Rug.Tools uses essential cookies required for the site to function and Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. Google may receive technical data such as your IP address, browser and visited pages under its own privacy terms. We do not use analytics to collect wallet keys or private blockchain credentials.

Cached token reports are retained indefinitely because they describe public blockchain data. Server logs are rotated on a rolling short-term basis.

Because we do not collect personal accounts, there is generally nothing tied to you personally to export or delete. If you believe a cached report should be removed, contact us via our Telegram and we will review the request.

Rug.Tools is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Cached reports and third-party data may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect, and results are automated and informational only — never financial advice or a guarantee that a token is safe. Your use of the service is governed by our Terms of Service, which include important no-warranty, limitation of liability and indemnification provisions.
