Every verdict, score, confidence level and finding is generated algorithmically from incomplete public data. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell anything. All content is provided "as is" for educational and research purposes only.

Ratings and signals shown on Rug.Tools are derived from third-party sources such as Helius, Alchemy, DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, GoPlus, CoinMarketCap, Solscan, Etherscan, BscScan, BaseScan, MonadScan and Blockscout, plus public RPC nodes. That data may be incomplete, delayed, cached, rate-limited, unavailable or incorrect, and coverage differs by chain. A "Looks Healthy", "No Major Risks" or similar rating does not mean a token is safe, legitimate, audited, or that it will not rug in the future.

On-chain analysis can only describe what has already happened on chain and what is currently visible. It cannot detect future developer intent, off-chain agreements, undisclosed wallets, social-engineering schemes, exchange or bridge behaviour, or actions that have not yet occurred. A token that scans cleanly today can still be rugged tomorrow. Treat every result as one incomplete input among many.

Rug.Tools depends on third-party APIs and public infrastructure it does not control. Provider outages, rate limits, chain reorganisations, or upstream data changes can cause modules to report as unavailable or limited, or can delay updates. The service is provided on an "as available" basis with no guarantee of uptime, refresh frequency, or continued support for any chain, module or feature.

Cryptocurrency trading is highly speculative and you may lose all of your funds. Rug.Tools does not recommend buying, selling, or holding any token. Any decision you make is yours alone, taken entirely at your own risk and not in reliance on Rug.Tools. Consult a licensed professional where appropriate.

The exchange feature on Rug.Tools is an interface to a third-party service operated by ChangeNOW. Rug.Tools does not operate the exchange, custody user funds, control ChangeNOW deposit addresses, execute or settle exchange transactions, set exchange rates, perform KYC/AML reviews, or decide whether a transaction is accepted, delayed, frozen, refunded, or rejected. Exchange orders are created with ChangeNOW and are subject to ChangeNOW's own terms, privacy policy, risk disclosures, compliance procedures, supported jurisdictions, limits, fees, rates, and operational rules.

Quotes and estimated completion times can change or expire. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible, and sending the wrong asset, using the wrong network, entering an incorrect destination address or memo/tag, sending an incorrect amount, or sending after a quote or fixed-rate window expires can result in delay, loss, refund fees, or permanent loss of digital assets. You are responsible for checking every exchange detail before sending funds.

Rug.Tools is not responsible for ChangeNOW outages, liquidity-provider failures, slippage, rate changes, transaction delays, KYC/AML requests, sanctions or jurisdictional restrictions, frozen or returned transactions, network fees, provider fees, tax consequences, wallet errors, blockchain congestion, or losses arising from use of the exchange feature. Any transaction-specific support, refund, compliance, or dispute request must be handled with ChangeNOW using the applicable order ID.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, Rug.Tools is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any token or project referenced on the site. Rug.Tools may integrate third-party services, including ChangeNOW, but such an integration does not make Rug.Tools the operator, custodian, counterparty, guarantor, or agent for the third-party service. Coverage of a token is not an endorsement of it. All trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rug.Tools and its operators, owners, contributors and affiliates are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost digital assets, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, reliance on, or inability to access the service or its output. You agree to indemnify and hold Rug.Tools harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the service or your trading decisions.
